Fine
Solid gold and custom orders ship from Istanbul or Australia, with the same shipping times after a 4-6 week crafting period.
If your order contains a mixture of Fine and Demi-Fine, the whole order will be shipped once completed. If you wish to expedite the shipping of your Demi-Fine items, please contact us.
Cost and Mode
There are two shipping options to Australian addresses.
Via Australia Post's express tracked service, shipping is free of charge.
Via DHL Express, shipping is $15, or free on orders over $500.
Orders may also be picked up from our Johnston St location if this option is selected at checkout.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Transit Time
Australia Post: Please check Australia Post's website for up to date estimates on transit times with their express tracked service.
DHL: Domestic orders arrive in 1–4 business days for metropolitan areas and 3–5 business days for rural areas. For very remote areas outside DHL's coverage, the last leg of the journey may be handed to Australia Post.
Transit times may vary during peak seasons.

DHL: A street address and phone number are required as DHL cannot deliver to PO boxes. DHL may contact you by phone if needed.
