Made to Order pieces are handmade in Florence or Istanbul when your order is received. Given our strong attention to craftsmanship & quality, these pieces take approximately 4-8 weeks to ship from date of payment. A notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once dispatched. In the case you require a faster turnaround time, please contact us via email prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your time requirements.
Yes, we ship worldwide. For shipping to destinations within Australia and New Zealand, please shop on our dedicated store for that region.
We provide the ability to view our online store in your preferred currency (AUD, GBP, EUR, USD), for ease of conversion, however all transactions are processed in Euros at checkout. To shop in Australian dollars, please use our dedicated store.
After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received. Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received & items prepared for dispatch, at which point a notification to your email account regarding the shipment information will be sent.
Orders within Australia are sent with DHL and will be received within 1–4 business days for Metropolitan areas, and 3-10 business days for Rural areas. International orders will be received within 3–12 business days. Once DHL has picked up your order from our Melbourne HQ, you will receive a notification from both Cleopatra's Bling and Sendle. Please note that DHL cannot deliver to PO boxes, and we require a street address and telephone number so that DHL can reach you.
International orders are also powered via DHL International and will be received between 5-7 working days after shipping. You will receive tracking via email. On occasion we also use FedEx or another dedicated express tracked service, to optimise shipping time and efficiency in bringing you your jewels. We always choose the shipping option which will be quickest and safest.
Import & duty charges are not included in your purchase, and are the responsibility of the customer. For further information around expected duty and taxes when importing to your country, please visit your relevant customs website.
Available for appointments in person depending on her location, when travelling abroad, Olivia Cummings, designer of Cleopatra's Bling, meets with clients to establish a creative outlook for each special commission. If unable to meet in person, Bespoke pieces can be created via remote communications. To schedule a one-on-one appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All product information is listed in the item description, so please choose your piece carefully. Items purchased at full price and in as-new condition within 14 days prior can be returned or exchanged by reaching out to our team over email with your order number.

Olivia hand crafts all designs in wax in her home studio in Melbourne, where she lives. All bespoke pieces are made and sent from Florence, Italy or Istanbul, Turkey. All pieces from the main collection are made with a small team in Bali.

The materials we work with are both environmentally and socially conscious, whether they be recycled gold and silver, or gems sourced from suppliers who are able to trace them directly back to their source.
Because our pieces are made individually and often with limited stones, and coins, not all pieces can be re-made in exactly the same way. If there is a sold out item you are interested in, drop us a line, and we'll let you know if it's returning. You can also click Notify Me When Available on the product page to have the best chance of snapping up your desired item if and when it returns.
Exchanges are possible when the item is in as-new, unworn condition with its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all exchange costs, including shipping both ways. Gold-plating is delicate by nature, and it is normal for it to wear over time. Items that have experienced wearing can be taken to a local jeweller for re-plating, should the customer so desire. Cleopatra’s Bling is not responsible for any costs incurred.
Gold-plating is an excellent choice for a customer looking for a accessibly priced item not intended for daily wear. Customers looking for an option for everyday wear should consider vermeil, sterling silver, or solid gold as an alternative to gold-plating, particularly for items that come into frequent, close contact with the skin.

Sterling Silver - Our most cost effective option; does not experience wearing; hypo-allergenic. All our silver is recycled.
Gold-plating - The most affordably-priced golden jewels from our range. Perfect for your first piece, that you intend to wear a few times a week, rather than every day. Plated over lead-and-nickel free bronze.
Vermeil - Up to 3 times thicker gold-plating than standard gold-plating. Plated over sterling silver so it's hypoallergenic. Keeps its "as new" look for years, and suitable for wearing every day!
Solid Gold - A lifelong piece, that can be an heirloom. Our most durable option. 18k gold is least likely to experience any tarnishing, while 9k and 14k gold can - on rare occasions - react to excesive moisture or the pH of the wearer's skin. This is not considered a fault of the product.
All solid gold pendants come with an 18K gold-plated chain included in the purchase price. If you wish to upgrade to a solid gold chain, you can add one to your cart, here. If you choose to upgrade to a solid gold chain, this will replace the gold-plated chain on your order.
Design details of solid gold chains may vary slightly, due to the artisanal nature of our production. If you have any questions or specific requests, please email us before placing your order.
