To receive your order by 24 December, place your order by the following dates:
Australian Domestic Shipping: 20 December
International Shipping: 18 December
Fine
For pieces which require no adjustments and which we already have on hand, deadlines are the same as for Demi-Fine. Please contact our team regarding which items are immediately available.
For bespoke pieces, we would be delighted to accommodate your order, and provide you with a personalised certificate to gift during the holiday season.
However, due to the handmade nature of our products, lead times remain 4-6 weeks for made-to-order Fine pieces. Therefore, for orders placed in December, delivery will be in January or February.

Extended Exchanges
For orders placed between 2 and 31 December, clients may take advantage of an extended exchange period. Up to four weeks after the date of delivery, it will be possible to initiate a return.

Tuesday - Friday : 11am - 6pm
Saturday : 10am - 5pm
Sunday : 11am - 3pm
