Cipresso Necklace - Sterling Silver
Description
With the delicacy of an embroidered chain stitch, this chain necklace, whose links seem to, Escher-like, loop back infinitely upon themselves, is made from recycled sterling silver.
It is named for the cypress groves of Renaissance art and literature, symbolising melancholy and mourning, but also immortality of spirit. They are the forests where the loved ones stay by our side in perpetuity. The Cipresso sits at the throat between heart and mind, as a reminder of this eternal linkage.
