GWP

For every order placed the customer will receive 1 gift.

For example if a customer places 1 order for 4 products, they will receive 1 gift.

The gift will be automatically added to your order by our team post-checkout. You do not need to add anything to your cart at checkout.

The order may include products to which a discount has been applied! For example, pieces purchased from our Outlet page are eligible for this promotion.

Exclusions:
For the purposes of this promotion, an "order" qualifies if it contains any products purchased on the Cleopatra’s Bling website or at our store, excluding the following:

• gift cards
• necklace extenders

For example an order which contains 1 x Gift Card and 1 x Angelus Necklace qualifies, whereas a purchase which solely contains only 2 x Necklace Extenders does not qualify.

Limitations:
The dates of the promotion are 25.2 - 11.3.26 from 00:01 to 23:59 AEST.

During the promotional period there is a upper limit of 3 gifts per customer.

For example if a customer purchases 10 eligible products over 3 orders, they will receive 3 gifts (1 gift per order). Any subsequent orders will not receive any additional gifts.

Shipping:
As always, to protect our environment and minimise CO2 emissions, multiple orders to the same customer and address will be bundled and shipped in one parcel where possible.

However, each order will receive a gift.

Therefore if 2 separate eligible orders are placed there will only be 1 shipment of all the jewellery on order, but 2 gifts will be included.

Returns and Exchanges:
Our usual returns and exchanges policy applies to products ordered during GWP.
As for the gifts themselves, there are no returns or exchanges offered on these presents.

If you feel your gift doesn’t suit you we hope that you will pass it on to a friend who you think it will match.

Olivia and our staff hand-select a gift for you based on the following factors:

• your order history
• the metals you prefer (Sterling Silver or Gold)
• the styles you prefer
• the value of your order: we have some special gifts reserved for the most high value orders.

Many years ago our founder Olivia decided that she wanted to give back to our community, by hand-selecting a gift of jewellery with every purchase. This has turned into an annual tradition.

It is one of the most beloved promotions within the CB community because we choose gifts that are genuinely special pieces of jewellery, sometimes from our collections and sometimes specially crafted pieces only available during the GWP.
