The Numéro Collection

For each collection Olivia Cummings returns to the historical archive, unearthing designs, motifs, and techniques that are hidden therein. These are colours that appear when a museum’s archival drawers are pulled forward under soft lights, and stones that a conservator would draw up under gloved hand, to speak about in hushed tones.

The Numéro Collection is a catalogue of influences, each meticulously numbered and archived, now made available to the public. Each piece is a treasured artefact, and therefore, in its use of natural stones and hand carving, completely unique. Of each item only a single one has been created. Find yours, before the trove is emptied.
