Devana is the Slavic Goddess of the Hunt who some believe taught the first shepherds how to chase down wolves, leopards, and other wild prey with a chariot. She watches over the wild, dark green forests of the East, communing with the moon. Her flower is the yellow mullein, that grows in grassy patches of sun. She is believed to watch over travellers and farm dwellers on freezing February evenings, holding a candle in one hand. The Devana Pendant is set with sapphires and tsavorite garnet, and handmade to order in our Italian studios.
