Arcadia was considered by the Ancient Greeks to be a Utopian place, where people were in complete harmony with nature. It was here that it was believed the God Pan would roam the land. It was untouched, and wild, leading nymphs, dryads and nature spirits to be found in abundance. This Queen (Anassa) of Arcadia has perished, but is immortalised beneath a precious crown, and above trembling black pearls.
