The Greek Goddess Aphrodite is typically depicted as being birthed from a scallop shell just such as the one which has been handcrafted in resin for the Aphrodite Earrings. Although her symbols as as varied as myrtles, doves, swallows, swans, sparrows, and roses, the shell itself is intrinsically connected to the Goddess of Love and her origins within the ocean. Her name in fact means risen from the foam and it was such that she came into this world, floating ashore on the scallop shell from which she emerged, lovely and loving.

Sterling silver that is worn regularly requires less care, so we encourage you to wear your silver treasures daily.

Online purchases can only be returned for exchange via post, to the Cleopatra’s Bling Head Office.
